- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Each program is individualized to the needs of the client. All things are considered with pricing including but not limited too travel time, equipment needs, frequency, virtual etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?All new clients receive a complimentary hour. During this time we will dive deep into goals, health history, likes/dislikes, nutriton and barriers. We will also conduct a movement screen and or a sample work out depending on health history and needs. From that, we will design a customized program to help reach your goals in a safe and timely matter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have my Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Exercise Science. I also have obtained some of the most reputable training certifications. That includes the CSCS through the NSCA, USAW, FMS, and the ISSA CPT ( inquire for names of acronyms)
