I’m so lucky I found Jay as my trainer. In my first 12 weeks I lost 10 lbs - even over the holidays! He’s professional, responsive, and made the process easy to take in. At first I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to achieve everything I wanted but he met me where I was and introduced new diet and exercise in manageable chunks. Can’t say enough positive things. If you’re looking for a trainer, I don’t think you could find a better one in the area.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Each program is individualized to the needs of the client. All things are considered with pricing including but not limited too travel time, equipment needs, frequency, virtual etc.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    All new clients receive a complimentary hour. During this time we will dive deep into goals, health history, likes/dislikes, nutriton and barriers. We will also conduct a movement screen and or a sample work out depending on health history and needs. From that, we will design a customized program to help reach your goals in a safe and timely matter.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have my Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Exercise Science. I also have obtained some of the most reputable training certifications. That includes the CSCS through the NSCA, USAW, FMS, and the ISSA CPT ( inquire for names of acronyms)
