- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every new client, we like to walk through the space to see the scope of work and get a better idea of what concerns the client may have and make recommendations where possible. From there, we send a detailed bid showing our scope of work, options the client may have, and price of our services. We work with our client to adjust our bids, when needed, to accommodate changing circumstances or needs. Following our service, we like to follow up to ensure our client is happy. If a recurring service, we maintain open lines of communication to keep everything moving smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees are trained and updated on the latest cleaning and safety procedures. This ensures that our employees are both efficient and effective in the cleaning of your establishment.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
