- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give value for your bucks. We aim to maintain a five star rating at all times. We offer discounts for regular schedule cleaning. Note to Customers: In addition to bedrooms and bathrooms the average home also has a kitchen, dining room, and family room. For example - Deep Cleaning: A two bedroom, two bathroom home would consist of seven rooms in total. Often hallways and at least one flight of stairs. Added to the request is Oven, Fridge and Window Interior Cleaning. Never say it's just a two bedroom, two bathroom home. Add the details in the memo section. A home may be 500 sq. ft. and well used as opposed to one which is 1000 sq. ft. and needs limited work. Like individuals, each home has its own characteristics and hence generates varied quotes. It often takes a lot of work, so show your appreciation for your cleaner, whoever you may choose. Have a practical budget in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A walk through is done upon arrival. The client can highlight areas of concern to be focused on. Any additional areas can be negotiated at that point.
