What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Doing research about the company and gathering information of what has been done up to this point. If they had a previous marketing done and by who? Why did they leave the previous provider?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every week reading articles and research to stay up to date on the latest trends.
How did you get started doing this type of work?

What types of customers have you worked with?
Increase online visablity, helping clients find out about your services or goods you have to offer.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of my clients needed photographs taken to properly promote their business, so I took my HD camera and took pictures inside and out of their business. Providing them with the photos and digital copyrights for free as part of their monthly promotional package.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire someone you can trust since they will be handleing your online marketing campaign. A bad provider could make things worst than they were before they started. The biggest complaint we here about is places using scare tactics to get clients to increase their budgets. We believe honesty is the best policy and want your referral to others.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
If they want a website its good to compare against other similar websites to create an outline.
