I'm almost 39 weeks pregnant. My mom bought me an Amazon deal for a 4 hour house cleaning so that my home could be professionally cleaned before the baby comes. I called to schedule my appointment and left a message. I got a return call that night and was able to easily schedule an appointment for July 29th. I believe the person I spoke with was the owner, and she was very friendly. She gave me her cell phone number and told me I could contact her directly with any questions. Fast forward to the night before my appointment: I discovered a confirmation email that had apparently been in my spam folder. It contained a different time than I had written for my appointment and a link to confirm my cleaning. I did not find this email until very late (maybe close to midnight). I clicked the link and nothing happened. I was never told I would need to confirm an appointment, or whether the appointment would be cancelled if I didn't confirm. I took the day of the cleaning off from work and waited. No one called. No one showed up. I called the 1-800 number for the company. No one answered. I left several messages throughout the day. I don't believe that anyone actually staffs the office for this company. I then called the cell phone number several times throughout the day. The voicemail was full and I was unable to leave a message. I tried to call the following day. The voicemail was still full. It is now four full days later and I have yet to hear back from anyone with an explanation for what happened. I even tried posting a message on their Facebook page , hoping for some type of response. I have heard NOTHING. I was hoping to reschedule, even despite the fact that this company simply didn't show up for a scheduled appointment, because it's impossible for me to clean my home as thoroughly as I would like being nine months pregnant. I will be cancelling this Amazon deal and I urge anyone considering purchasing services from this company to reconsider. Even if there has been some type of emergency, a business owner should have someone available to at least call and cancel appointments. I am appalled at the lack of customer service.

I consider myself to be a pretty clean (border line OCD) person when it comes to my home. We recently bought our house here in Wexford and for just me, hubby and the dog..... It's a rather large home (5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms). With that said, dusting can be very time consuming and seeing that both hubby and I work full-time it's pretty difficult to keep the house to my standards of "spotless". So I decided to treat myself to a break and hire a maid service. I received a flyer in the mail and conducted an Internet search on A+. All reviews seemed pretty decent and nothing too negative, so I decided to give it a try. I called 1 week ago and requested the bi-weekly service, now I made sure to educate myself on expectations and protocol for maid service as this was my first time using them. Their website is beyond user friendly and definitely informative. So they come out for my 1st cleaning (while I was at work) and I was anxious to get home and see the outcome. It was so-so but as recommended on the website and on the documents left on my kitchen counter for me from A+.....you should always give it a 2nd go around before you make your final decision on keeping the service as well as give the company the opportunity to correct any issues, plus I hadn't got the chance to fill out their priority checklist. Well I did just that (and tried not to be too OCD over little issues) so I asked that they focus mainly on dusting and bathrooms. So today was my 2nd cleaning and can I say I walked into my home and had the biggest smile on my face all due to the satisfaction I felt with how clean my house was (OCD CLEAN). So I walked around and checked every room, bathroom, hallway, steps, etc...... Nicole and Courtney, exceeded my expectations and did a phenomenal job!!! I cannot be happier with my home right now. THANK YOU LADIES for your hard work and attention to detail (as well as my personalized little note and complimenting my cute dog)!!!!! You girls just made a loyal customer.

LUCKYYYYY! For a couple months A+ Appearance were coming once every two weeks to clean and maintain my home. They cleaned the house top to bottom: ceiling fans, baseboards and everything in between. I was living the dream. I never had to wash my own sheets and towels, and I got to come home to an immaculate house. Sadly, going to graduate school and all of the student loans that followed put an end to this wonder. Paying for a house cleaner is definitely a luxury, and this crew will make sure you are getting every penny's worth. They are also great with animals. I have three border collies and they are always spastic when guests enter my home. They even chase vacuum cleaners like they are herding sheep! The cleaners were patient and very good with them. If you are looking for a cleaner, I'm so jealous. But give A+ Appearance a call and live the dream.

Hello, Scheduled a cleaning session online more than 10 days ago. No one ever returned my call or picked up the phone. Your manager (Shay) had promised one hour of extra cleaning last visit for the mess up she did for the appointment. Leave alone extra i am not even able to get my own cleaning session. I had an appt today at 8 am. no one showed up. Kindly return my money. I am going to take this complaint to living social too. You have lost a long term customer because of your poor service.
