Do not take anything for granted. Put together a list of information that you want to pass along that explains your company's expectations. As part of your information packet you want to include a sample drawing as well as a list of standards that you adhere to. Such things as how and when you apply hatches, how you dimension, what details you always want to include, are all things that should be pulled together before hand.
