Brent responded very quickly to a bed bug scare at one of my rental properties. He was able to meet with the tenants, make an evaluation based on close observation, and determine that treatment was not necessary. The evaluation was at no cost and I appreciate his honesty and not just recommending treatment. Hopefully I will not need his services any time soon, but I will definitely reach out again after my positive experience. Thank you!

Sleep Tight Pest Control Solutions sent me a quote within hours of me posting on Thumbtack. They were able to come within two days despite inclement weather and it being President's Day. They were on time, very polite, and despite being the lowest quote I received, our bed bugs are gone with a 3 month guarantee! All questions we had about their services were patiently answered, and their directions for what we had to do on our end were very simply laid out. When I had trouble finding mattress covers that didn't feel like a rubber sheet for a bed wetter, they sold us some that felt more like fabric at a price comparable to walking into Walmart. I couldn't be more pleased with their services. I highly, highly recommend them because they helped to make a very stressful situation a little less stressful.
