Introduction: I am a Pennsylvania licensed attorney with 30 years of experience. I'm glad to assist my clients in achieving peace of mind by protecting their family in the event of sudden death or disability. Right now, I am preparing a package of 3 crucial legal documents- Simple Will (not including Trusts), Power of Attorney, and Advanced Directive/Living Will for each person. My fee for all 3 documents is only $200/person ($400/couple) currently, as I am very passionate about providing my services at a rate that all income levels can afford. My hours are very flexible and about one hour to talk is all that is needed. I have been conducting consultations over the phone because of COVID, and many people seem to still like the convenience of that. I’m also available for an in-office consult and Zoom as well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am extremely competitive in my pricing so that I can help any income levels and make sure that their documents are correct and legally valid. Having these crucial legal documents prepared online is not a great option, as many mistakes are made. Consulting with an actual attorney, one on one, is most effective at about the same fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we set an appointment based on the clients preference for location. I am amenable to a phone, virtual, in person, or hospital/rehab facility for the consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been licenses for 30 years and in my private practice for 20. I take continuing legal education classes each year for 12 credit hours and spend many more hours learning my trade!
