Andrea worked with me to declutter, donate and organize my home of 20 years and then wonderfully staged it supplementing with items in her inventory where needed. Andie did a beautiful job staging our home. She has excellent design skills, a great eye and a lot of talent. I think it made a big impact and we ended up with several offers above list price! Our home looked the best it possibly could. She brought in some great pieces but was able to use a lot of what we had as well. I would not hesitate to recommend her services.

Andie did a terrific job staging my home for sale. She was very clear in what she needed me to do, and what she would do. Andie was onsite at all times, and took charge, handling everything. She and her team packed up many of my things for storage. She was very hands-on and did everything in the agreed upon timeframe . Andie is lovely and creative, and she herself is willing to roll up her sleeves and get work done. I was impressed with Andie and happy with the results. We sold our house in the first weekend. I would recommend Andie without reservation!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Initially we come to your home for a consultation to understand the scope of work. This fee is $250.00 which includes an extensive room by room written report. A proposal is included which is for Nordstrom Home Staging Group to actually do the work including the usage of our accessories and staging items. We will do as much, or as little as you want us to do! I work very hard to get your home market ready. I will complete the staging on your home is as if it were my own.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One hour consultation with a detailed written report. Once all recommendations are completed (either by home owner or Nordstrom Home Staging Group) We will come in with staging items (pillows, art, mirrors, lamps, rugs etc) to give the home a fresh and updated look. This is all done before the MLS pictures are taken. A client will not enter your home if they do not like the online photos.
