Introduction: I am the director of the Center of Relationship Enhancement and of Ginsberg Associates (a child, adolescent, marriage and family clinical practice). I specialize in relationships. I feel that the problems and satisfaction we experience arise in the context of our valuable relationships, specifically our families and partners. Working hand in hand in these critical relationships is the key to the best outcomes. My work is assisting you with the valuable people in your life acquire an enhanced life quality. I'm an applied developmental psychologist, which signifies that instead of being diagnostic, I understand problems in the light of a person's development, the family’s development, the stage of life families and individuals are in, as well as how to address these problems in their current context. I realize that these problems are driven emotionally by resistant-habitual patterns and believe that improving emotional flexibility and openness leads to maintaining long-term change. If we do this within the context of our important relationships, I integrate emotion focused, cognitive-behavioral, relationship systems and person-centered principles in my work with adolescents, children, families and couples. I have trained parents and professionals in filial therapy and relationship enhancement therapies for more than 35 years.
