I had some air conditioning thermostat power problems need to be fixed quickly. Tony offered 7:30pm appointment to fit my schedule. I hired Tony. Tony arrived my property on time. To solve the issues, he quickly ruled out some possibilities by doing some regular checking. Then he found the problem and fixed it smoothly. He also explained every steps to us and passed some knowledge regarding the maintenance. Tony is very honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. We will definitely hire him again in the future!

I had a bad circulator pump and 3 cracked radiators at one of my rental properties. This needed to be fixed before the tenants moved in. I was also out of town while this work got done. Benny did an amazing job of getting everything fixed, addressing leaks I didn't know of and keeping me updated throughout the process. I've been dealing with contractors for my rental properties for 6 years and this was one of my best experiences. I highly recommend this company.
Roger was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining his thought process as he inspected the property that we were hoping to purchase for masonry issues. He was prompt, courteous, made thoughtful recommendations on repairs that we should do soon and those that can be spread over a longer time horizon. If we close on the property, we will definitely be reaching out to Roger's team for additional work.
Roberto at Firm Renovations was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find parts for some of my small handyman projects. He came in with two of his crew members and they were able to knock out an entire list of my "to do" projects. They responded immediately after I posted on Thumbtack and they also came out for an estimate right away. They were on time for the job and they were neat and organized with all projects. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help from a contractor or handyman.
I contacted joe brown construction to get an estimate for a whole new front for my property. I contacted many masonry contractors for my job. Joe came out gave an estimate and with very lil time to waste I vertified his license info and hired him to complete my project. What I liked most about him was he sent pics to show the progress of my the brickwork him and his team was doing daily. They arrived early and stayed until they got what they wanted for the day done!! Less than 2 weeks later my project is complete and waiting to pass inspection. The job him and his team did was wonderful!!!
Larry is the best. He went the "extra mile" to make sure that my leaking roof was fixed. He uses the best materials and his workmanship is impeccable. Anthony was hired to install a pavers patio and 3 lighted lamp posts. The planning phase was impeccable. He came with 3 different designs and a vision of the perfect posts and lights for our property. Unfortunately, the lights were not installed due to HOA restrictions but he was kind enough (and patient) to hang in there during the long architectural request process. The paver block is of the highest quality. It was installed following demolition of the existing cement sitting area. Anthony coordinated, scheduled and monitored the work throughout the project. We are extremely pleased with his professionalism and work. We've already invited him back for landscaping and we'll have him back for bathroom demolition and improvement next year. Thank you Anthony and team!
Dan, helped me fix a leaking roof and dormer. It is a problem that plagued my rental property for many years. Other contractors tried to fix it but ended up with solutions that did not work long term. Dan always followed through with what he said he was going to do in a timely manner: whether it was preparing a quote, getting the job done or following up to check and making sure all is OK. Dan can creatively find solutions that are economical to tough problems - particularly on older houses. His pricing is very competitive and his quality of work is very good. He always kept me updated as to the progress of the job, taking pictures and texting them to me as he went.
Charles and Principal Property Solutions are our go to for anything in the house! He first came out to our home on Friday and he did such a great job I had him come back the next day to do more projects. From furniture delivery and assembly to tv mounting, they have the ability to do just about anything you need. Extremely professional, quality work, worked so quickly and very friendly. Chip called me immediately, took his time answering every question I had as a first time landlord, was always on time for our meetings, showed my property often and helped me find great tenants. Chip also helped me obtain all my landlord documents through the city. Communication with the whole Skyline team is excellent. I always know exactly what's going on with the tenants, my payments are timely through their online system, and their fees are very reasonable. As a first time landlord, I am lucky to have found such a great management company. I highly recommend them.

Some good work ,some ok work, but never exceptional until I found Jeff Buck he is fantastic ..he replaced 12 windows , built a closet, new roof , siding replaced on my sun porch, electrical repair. new walls and windows in the sun porch. This is my second consecutive year working with George and both years I have been blown away by his conscientiousness, generosity, and his ability to go above and beyond for my roommates and myself. Finding a 3 bedroom, 2+ bathroom in Manayunk for a reasonable price and with equal bedroom sizes was a difficult task. When other realtors had given up on us, George accepted the challenge and brought several great options to the table. George was also always honest and dependable. If he did not know the answer to one of our questions, he would find an answer in the matter of hours. If he did not like the way a property was being managed or he didn't think a house/apartment was the best option out there, he told me and I trusted his judgment 100%.
