Anthony is a very knowledgable strength trainer, works with you on what you need but will correct you if you're doing something wrong, very flexible and always happy to answer questions. In 3 months he took my deadlift from 455 to pulling 500 for 4 reps, he also prepped me for my first strongman competition and helped me a ton with technique work and working through injuries safely. Wealth of knowledge to be learned from him and I would reccomend him to anybody who wants to get for fit in any aspect, whether its losing weight, packing on muscle or just improving your quality of life!Oct 25, 2019
I have spent 3+ years training with Anthony. I can’t say enough good things about all my experiences from programming to nutrition to mental support that he has provided me. Coming from a coach perspective myself, Anthony holds the craft to a high standard and helps you remember that it is a craft. All while never forgetting the science of building strength and making weight. Working with New Vision Strength is amazing for me due to my extremely busy lifestyle. Running a training department at a gym, I have the knowledge but not the energy or outside perspective to write my own programming. During my first strength building phase, I was able to put 40 pounds on my bench press in 4 months while only adding 2% body fat and staying lean. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge a flat rate of $50 an hour. I do offer online training as well which may be a more economical choice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will have an initial consultation to understand and align on goal and expectations. I will review their health history and we will create a plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been working with people in a leadership/management capacity for 10 years. I am a certified PT through NSCA. I am working on a nutrition certification through Precision Nutrition.
