- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First, all quotes are free of charge. In most cases, I quote a fixed price. Once the project starts, the first couple of minor changes are also free of charge. Do you have a budget you need to stay within? Let me know ahead of time, and I will do my best to stay in that range. I also give discounts to Non Profit organizations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I discuss with the customer what their needs are. This can be done through email or over the phone. 2. I do the job and provide a pdf proof. 3. Either the customer approves the proof or asks for changes to be made. 4. Once the job has been approved, I will email an invoice. I accept payment by check or Paypal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the printing business for over 30 years and have done work for web presses, commercial presses, flexo presses and digital presses. I understand how files need to be provided for the different types of presses.
