A very specific example comes from our largest 20 year client, Dalloz Safety (before their 2001 merger/closing) when we replaced three larger agencies in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and Hartford, cut their $1MM marketing budget by half and simultaneously created an ad campaign the returned a $12MM sales increase the first quarter it ran.
Constantly changing creative challenges make it seem like fun, not a job. In one week we created rushed graphics for a 70 ft trade show display, photographed poisonous snakes (Copperhead and rattlesnake) and spiders for edu-cards in the studio (until the rattlesnake slithered away and I lost my assistants) and brainstormed to start an ad campaign for a new client.
