Owen helped with my computer when too many errors prevented my computer from loading properly. Owen scheduled a house call and fixed all the problems on my computer. Owen finished very quickly! My computer runs faster and has no more problems. Owen went above and beyond by creating a backup image for free. Owen was on time and understanding when I was late. He is experienced, direct, and focused! The only way the experience could have been better is if "I" was on time!
