- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
8x8: $300 12x12: $400 There is a 35 cent charge per digital photo that must be printed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I have been reached, I will correspond by email with a client. We will discuss the project, ideas, personal requests, and logistics. We can then agree upon a contract. When the contract has been approved by both parties and signed, a deposit will be made, and work will begin. the scrapbook will be completed in the agreed upon timeframe but can be expected within a month of the time the work began. The more quickly we communicate, the sooner the end product can be finished. When the scrapbook is complete, the remaining balance must be paid, and the scrapbook will then be available for pickup, delivery, or shipping. There is a $25 shipping charge.

I have completed scrapbooks that document a child's growth in "School Days," I have celebrated the important accomplishment of "Graduation," I have honored special occasions such as "Weddings," I have helped couples relive unforgettable moments in "Honeymoon" albums, I have recorded travels in "Trips," and I have chronicled baby's first moments in life in "Birth" books for various customers.
