What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our main goal when working with new clients is to make the process as smooth as possible. We like to get to know our clients on a personal level so we can come up with a solution that works best for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is constantly training on the newest products on the market so that their is nothing that we can not provide to our clients. We also keep up on all certifications such as DOT Gas Line, Backflow Tester, Installer, and Repair, Medical Gas, PA Contractor and Allegheny County Masters License.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We just ask the client to make sure you are using someone that is licensed and qualified. Many people do not realize that they could be putting themselves and or family at risk with plumbing that is not installed properly. Many issues can arise from infectious diseases, to cross contaminated water.
