- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No booking fees! We offer price matching, so if you find a better price out there, send it our way --we'll price-match it and give you a free gift as the cherry on top!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients typically give me everything they need me to know about what they want for their next vacation/honeymoon/destination wedding. I will follow up by asking some travel questions related to how they like to travel, this way I can narrow down my search results and recommendations. I will compile multiple recommendations and we go from there, tweaking until we settle on the perfect vacation. Most of this is done over the phone and e-mail. We have clients nationwide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our agency is always in training. It never stops. Specialization certificates include: Sandals Resorts, Outrigger Hotels, Cancun, Las Vegas, NYC, Hawaii Destination Specialist, and many more.
