- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are 3 main parts that go into pricing. Travel expenses, equipment costs, and finally time. I apply discounts for non Saturday events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I like to talk with the customer on the phone. Nothing beats having a conversation with your DJ. On-line booking looses that personal service that I provide.
