At Prodigy, we pride ourselves on offering people an honest, integrity based approach to bed bug removal and customer service. Being responsive to the needs of our customers was central to our business plan. We aim to help people deal with their pest problems by providing them with factual, research based information to inform them and help them understand why and how we do what we do.

Prodigy are very thorough and professional when treating what can often be an embarassing bed bug problem. The fact they use heat instead of chemicals makes me feel better with kids and animals in the house. Highly recomended!

We called on a Tuesday and spoke with Sabrina, who was very knowledgable and able to answer all of my questions. She was also able to confirm we had bed bugs by allowing me to text her a picture of what I had found. By chance, we were able to schedule our treatment the very next day. The service men arrived on time, reviewed the removal of some important and often forgotten items with us and called later that day with an update, as promised. In addition to all of this, Sabrina provided me with a number to contact her directly to answer any questions since we had only one night to prepare the house. We couldn't ask for anything more.
