- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is uncomplicated. There are are no hiddden costs or surprises. I explain exactly how much it will cost the customer before they hire me to create their resume.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay in tune with new trends in presenting resume information and attend ongoing workshops.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked in Human Resources where I interviewed, screened, hired, wrote job descriptions and determined salary grades. In addition, I wrote company manuals, newsletters, and a myriad of business correspondence relevant to all job venues and varying career situations.
