Kendal – Unfortunately we just received your message today. We apologize that we did not see it sooner but we've recently welcomed home a newborn and are also juggling several current projects so we've not been online as much these past few days as we would like to and as a result, we did not see and respond to your message as quickly as we normally would. To answer your message, yes, we do offer free estimates.
Brian and his crew did an excellent job painting and wallpapering our dining room. The room has a lot of trim, so it was not an easy task. They were very diligent with their prep work and sealed the room off properly so there was minimal dust in the rest of the house. They protected the floor from the front door to the work space. While here, he also added quarter round to the room and replaced the light fixture. I was very pleased with the work done in my home. We had rooms painted, including ceilings and trim, new chandeliers installed, and new railings that included stripping, staining and wrought-iron spindle installation. Brian and his team were excellent. The quality of the work was excellent, and their care and respect for my home was excellent. They were on time, used quality material and insured I was happy with the quality and the progress every day before they left. It seems I am always disappointed in the quality or timing or price of this type of work, but for the first time, I am actually very pleased in all respects. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every job is different, we use several different ways to price a job. There is so many factors that go into it , but we run our numbers and compare them with national standards and try to be competitively priced. But if you want licensed and insured company to come in and do a great job using the best products there is an overhead involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We receive call, gather some details , then schedule an in home consultation/estimate. Once in your home we make sure to get all the details to insure you are getting what you want. After we gather all information we type up a detailed proposal with a detailed job scope and plan of action. We email it and wait for a response we never pressure our customers each job big or small is an investment and we treat it as such. we will answer as many questions as clients may have and change things as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been doing this for 15 years, have been certified in building trades , I have osha certifications . All of my employees go through extensive training and we have strict guidelines that we follow. All jobs have schedules checklists and are overseen and signed off on by me the owner . I insure that each job is ran the same way with the same process and is safe and clean.
