FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the person who is looking for help. I discuss their needs and what they're looking to do. Then we discuss their budget. After they approve the work I usually come in safe up the area by moving any furniture and ask the customer to move their fragile items. Next I put down drop cloth where necessary. Complete the task, make sure the customer is okay with the work that was completed. Lastly I cleanup, and put everything back to the way it was.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I mainly have electical knowledge, specializing in Automating HVAC equipment. I am Certified on Tridium through MOV. I also have my EPA license.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started when I was young, my parents were unable to fix a lot of the things around our home, so I played with different items until I could get them working again. Sometimes I would completely disassemble things like fans and motors TVs etc. to see how they worked. Some of my first jobs were working in hardware stores or I learn further knowledge on what types of materials were out there to fix certain things. I moved on to doing residential electrical and wiring new homes, alarm systems, and theater systems. I next moved on to doing commercial electrical work, some buildings you may be familiar with is Integrated Health, st. Luke's Anderson, Westfield.
