- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our design fees start at $250.00. This gets you your design. No charge for revisions. (within reason) This fee would be credited towards the total price of the project moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate via Skype, phone, email or in person. Determine the scope of work. Provide renders of the proposed design for approval. Once approved we would provide a written estimate. A 50% deposit would be required to start the manufacturing process. Balance due upon delivery.
