We have not started with the project yet, but so far Mike has been prompt and professional. I can't tell you how many contractors tha I have dealt with who don't honor appointments. And his estimate was very reasonable too!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet, communnicste via phone, give estimate. I like to have my estimate signed as contract for work to be done. Any changes or additions on change order.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend monthly meetings with the International Association of Electrical Inspectors, of which I have been a member since 2008.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a love of electricity since a child. However when I graduated high school, I thought unwanted to be in finance. So, I went to college and earned my BA in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. Being in a field I did not love, I decided to go to vocational school and earned my Electrical Technician certificate. I have never been happier.
