Introduction: As I train for my next Ironman Triathlon event, I practice these simple exercises everyday to enhance my performance and allows my body and mind to go the distance. These exercises will spark a growth in your overall well-being. Restorative stretching is an incredible yet simple practice that transforms the way your entire body feels, including disconnection from aches and pains. I practice this everyday. Mindfulness meditation has positively affected the way in which I approach each day, specifically freeing the mind from stress, fears, and worries. Fitness training and nutrition go hand-in-hand. To achieve the goals you want (losing weight, getting stronger, etc), together we will create an individualized fitness routine for you. We'll develop meal and nutrition plans, taking both personal food preferences and budget into account.

James is a great photographer who is the only person I call when there is a moment worth capturing! He is very professional and does great work in a timely manner. I contacted him to help with my yoga practice and I really appreciated how he sets up the environment to be calm and zen. He focuses on the mind, not just the body and postures. And he focuses on advancing your practice, rather than burning calories. He is very positive and down to earth. Now we are practicing twice per week!
