Work needed
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: IMPORTANT!!!! PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE CONTACTING!!! You must have a minimum budget of $4,000 to have a Central AC unit installed. That is the most competitive price in this market for an installation. You will not find prices lower than that, and if you so happen to do so, it’s either a lie, the product is stolen, or the unit is refurbished and was bought at a discounted price. I offer quality service for the most affordable prices, I do not cut corners, I take pride in my work. There’s two kinds of customers, those that value quality work and those that don’t care about quality, but only the price. My business caters to the customer who values quality work. Price shopping customers only attract contractors who work fast because they want to get the job done and move on to the next job to make more money fast, and in the process of moving fast, they cut corners and make mistakes. This advertisement is strictly for INSTALLATIONS ONLY. The units I install come with a 10 year warranty as well, so you can be rest assured you’ll never have to worry about your unit breaking on you. I also offer financing as well, because I understand that not everyone has thousands of dollars upfront in their pockets. Thank you for taking the time to read this message.

Kevin installed three old cast iron radiator systems in our 1920 home. The shower one was a very tight fit but he was able to slip it in. After he left there was a small drip coming from both radiators - I contacted him about the issue and he came right over the next day to solve the issue. He stayed to boot the system back on and made sure the job was done right. No leaks. Thanks!!!

This review is because Mr. Sullivan was in the running with another company and though I went with a different company for a longer warranty, that is the only reason why. He was very nice and contacted me professionally each time. In the end, he would have met my request but I already left a deposit with another company unknowingly. Thanks Kevin for your time. Hopefully, we can work on another project in the near future.

Kevin responded within 1 day and provided the best value when compared to other installers. My new central air system was installed the very next day. Kevin was professional, competent, and thorough. He even installed my new voice controlled thermostat for my blind partner. Great value, quality and professionalism. I will be contacting him for maintenance this fall and upcoming spring. Thanks!!!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

You must have a minimum budget of $4,000. That price is the most competitive price in the HVAC marketplace. If you find anything cheaper, there’s 3 reasons why from my experience in this field. 1) The contractor is lying, hoping to rob you for your money. 2) The unit is stolen. 3) The unit is refurbished and was bought at a discounted price. When it comes to price, I advise customers to pay the price for the best quality. Price shopping is not really ideal for this market, quality is more important. Contractors who do work for cheap also work very fast because they want to get in and get out and head to the next job. Alot of corners get cut this way and a lot of mistakes are made that I guarantee their not willing to fix. I do offer Financing, so if you don’t have the money to pay for quality, you do now.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I usually would set up a meeting with the customer at their home to create a plan to install a new Heating or cooling unit with proper ductwork to improve the efficiency of the unit, or ask plenty of questions when a problems occur with an existing unit to help troubleshoot it for a proper diagnosis.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I’m EPA certified
