I purchased a piano tune-up from Marshall on Groupon. He showed up on time, was professional, and did a nice job with my piano. I had recently purchased a Yamaha upright that hadn't been tuned in a few years and I am very picky about the way my piano sounds. After he was finished it played beautifully. Highly recommended!

Marshall Gisondi did an excellent job on my piano. The piano is a family heirloom and I was delighted with the time he spent working on it and the amazing tuning job he did. I have had the piano tuned by other people over the years but no one could compare to Marshall. The piano sounds wonderful . I highly recommend Marshall Gisondi's skill and caring.

I sought a piano tuner and received a quote from Marshall's and several other piano professionals. When I chose another vendor, Marshall's wouldn't stop messaging me, demanding to know why I chose someone else. There' something very wrong here.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a member of The Piano Technicians Guild where we have monthly meetings conventions additional educational opportunities along with a monthly journal. I'm also embarking on the journey of becoming an RPT Registered Piano Technician. I'm also in contact with other vision impaired and blind piano technicians in order to share ideas and learn from each other.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire someone who is formally trained who also tunes aurally/by ear and who is genuine.
