Arrived on time, was able to load, move, and unload everything in the time specified. Helped assemble several items and install a washer/dryer that required a change of power cable. No complaints here. Would hire again/

Not only were Jim and his team excellent at what they do, but they were also exceptionally personable and friendly. They made what would normally be a grueling day of moving into a very pleasant experience at the end of the day. Thank you!! I would recommend these guys to anyone.

The guys were super nice and efficient. I had a lot of stairs in my apartment so I give them a lot of credit for putting up with that and getting everything moved! I was moving from one 2-bedroom apartment to another and it took about 6 hours. My only complaints were: they had scheduled another move for that morning (which I didn't know about until the day of) so they didn't show up until after 3 pm. They finally got the last of the furniture into the new place around 9-10 pm, but I still had to put everything together and move it where I wanted it because it was so late and they were so exhausted, they literally dropped everything inside and left. I understand they were a few men short that day and they did give me a significant discount to make up for the trouble, but that didn't change the fact that I was awfully frustrated, exhausted, and not entirely moved in before I had to go back to work at 8 am the next morning. Like I said, they were very nice about everything and extremely apologetic, but I would really have preferred better communication about the whole situation and you know, for everything to have gone my way :)

Hi Rachael Hill , We are sorry you had this experience with us , We wanted to fill you in on what happened that day! We had 2 moves scheduled that day which required 2 guys per truck, 1 Gentleman had to call off due to a death in his family which left us with 3 guys . We chose to move the other home first before yours because there was a marathon going on in your neighborhood and we could not park on your street till after 1 pm we also put 3 guys on it to speed things up at no charge. I'm truly impressed with my delivery team who had a 1 hour drive home after leaving your home at 10pm, had to be back at it at 6:30 AM Way to go guys!

Moved our home a cross town today, He was extremely friendly and professional, his crew was great he responded back to me in no time he wasn't the cheapest bid but he was most definitely the best A+! Will use him again for friends and family
