Terry is an amazing personal trainer that knows everything there is to know to get your body where you want it to be. He is very flexible with time, very involved with his clients, and always teaching you new things in the gym. Terry also can prepare custom diets for you. I have a very long way to go but Staci has been so motivational for me, she knows that I am capable of doing something when I say I don't think I can. She is always sending me positive feed back and letting me know that I can do this! I really appreciate her helping me transform my life and being a cheerleader for me!

After trying to lose weight for many years, I sought the help of Bev Hobaugh. I had seen her training others in the gym and I could tell that she had what I needed. She used exercises that incorporated the entire body, not just one area. She also did the exercises with me instead of watching me do it on a machine. This kind of personal attention was just what I needed. I began to see results immediately. In 4 months, I looked and felt like a new person. Bev not only is knowledgable in personal training, she is also very knowledgable in diet. She helped me to evaluate what I was eating and why. So after many years of being overweight, I was able to achieve my goals in health and wellness with the help of Bev. I personally feel she is the "Best" Trainer in Butler County.
Working with Jason is rewarding. The workouts are never the same and always a challenge. He analyses your fitness level and works with you to keep improving. I have worked with other trainers that pushed too hard at the beginning and I would never follow through, Jason works you hard don't get me wrong, but not to the point of not wanting to return.

These coaches are true"professionals". You will not get training and coaching like this in any high school weight room, or even in a lot of college weight rooms. This is sport specific training. Dave, Tom and Staff customized your workouts. They provide individualized coaching and training. There is scientific based theory behind all their training methods. They are utilizing the newest state of the art equipment and training exercises, and train a wide variety of athletes from football, basketball, baseball, hockey, volleyball and track. It is amazing to witness the results that occur there on a daily basis with the wide diversity of grade school, high school, college and professional male and female athletes. This is by far the best training being offered in Central Pennsylvania. You are wasting your time training on your own and not stopping in to see these professionals and have them customize your training.
Nicole is a great personal fitness trainer. Before she begins training, she asks for medical and any injury background to help her set up personal exercises that match your needs and abilities. She offers workout tips, nutritional advice, modifications to exercises if needed, and encouragement. Nicole also gives the one-on-one attention/focus to you and keeps an eye on proper form. When she teaches a new workout, she demonstrates it and explains which muscles/areas the exercise works. She is very up-to-date and knowledge on health, nutrition, and exercise.

I had trained for 6 years with numerous trainers before I started training with Dan. I could not do even 1 pull up. After a few months working with Dan, I was able to do 7 pull ups! He knows how to get your body where you want it to be. You Will gain strength and have a better body. I am a male in my late 50's and he was able to give me the stronger body I had hoped for. If he can do that for me, imagine what he can do for you? I have also seen the great results he has had with young athletes. If you are looking to have a better, stronger body, I highly recommend working with Dan!

I'm a lifelong student of Yoga and have not considered any other form of exercise until I started having severe pain issues in one of my hips. It all came down to needing strength training and breaking through habits I'd made in my body over the years with Yoga, age, childbirth etc. If I do what Aaron says, I'm completely pain free. If I quit, the pain returns. He lets me complain in the unfamiliarity that is the gym, challenges me, but also respects my max. Being pain free is a priceless gift.
Rob was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind to me during our workout session. He understood that I was not a fan of exercise,I expressed to him that it was something I needed to do to lose weight and feel healthier! He showed me a few different routines and one was actually really fun. There was one that used something called a Bosu, which really challenged me to stay balanced and burned lots of calories in the process After our sessions were done, we set up a routine that I could easily do in my home and that fit in my schedule. Now I feel confident that I can carry out our exercise plan and work towards my fitness goals. I highly recommend Rob as a personal trainer!
