Royleen is very professional, experienced and her high energy and always happy attitude makes the session so much fun! She impressed me with the quailty and time that she puts into her pictures and her clients. I had my kids' pictures done with her for their birthdays and I also had a naughty shot done as well that were all one hour sessions and then some :). She puts her heart and soul into what she does and is amazing!! I will never go to anyone else for photos!

I hired Royleen Martin and "A Moment In Time Photography " on 1/19/15 to photograph and video my wedding on 9/26/15. I paid her by check on 4/1/15 and 7/1/15 before the wedding per contract. She showed up late at the rehearsal the night before the wedding. She did not mention that I would have no videographer the day of my wedding and she was aware of this fact ahead of time. She chose not to tell me so I could have gotten someone to do it for me. I find out at the reception that there was no videographer from my husband. When confronted with this fact she said "I ment to talk to you about this.....giving an excuse that the videographer was out of state." So, I have no video of my one and only wedding!!! The contract stated that we were to see pictures in 6 weeks from the event date. It was months later that we had to get in touch with her to get a link to my wedding pictures. The contract also promised an album which we did not get to date. Royleen Martin promised our full money back and to date we have not been paid. The pictures are not centered and many are to dark very unprofessional like photos. So, now I have to explore legal means to honor what the contract stated our money should have provided us. I have no video and amateur type wedding photos; as well as, no album!!! Take the information that I provided; all factual, and drawl your own conclusions. I don't wish to see another woman victimized.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The Majority of my Photography Business is Family Portraits. I also do a lot of "Boudoir" Photos for gifts for husbands and boyfriends. There were a few Photography fun sessions I held to give possible clients the time to try my style of photography out.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of my most recent jobs was a family maternity session. The family was open to any poses and style of photos. Part of the session was outdoors, part was indoors. After I did the reveal of the photos, the extended family raved about how they loved the shots I took.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Investigate the quality of the product. I can't enforce this enough. Sometimes prices posted do not reflect the quality of the product. I am priced for the "working man" with a family. I FIRMLY believe that everyone should have quality product at a decent price.
