- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is VERY competitive. I am also flexible with payment plans, just ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get info from customers through messages, email or a phone call. I answer any questions. We agree on a price. Customer pays deposit and when project is complete the balance is generally due. Monthly fees, if applicable are typically due on the first of every month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold a Master of Science Information Technology, which I earned on June 1, 2016.
