Mr. Hatt did not turn his nose up at our business. In the winter he showed up the very moment PennDot made it possible for him to get to our parking lot. During the summer he did more tasks for our parking lot than were originally agreed upon. He is always on time, always keeps in contact, very friendly, professional and his work looks great! He is also open to discussing ideas and customizing the work he does to tailor to the customer's needs.
