Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Greetings! I am a Registered Dietitian who has specialized with older adult nutrition (those 50+) for the past 15 years. I am also Board Certified in Gerontological Nutrition. I would love to help you with meal planning and proper food selection based upon your individual health and wellness needs/goals. My take on nutrition is it should be an enjoyable, stress-free experience that enhances your health and well-being! I am fun and friendly to work with and include you in every step of your care.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge a flat fee of $200 which includes my initial assessment plus everything we work on from start to finish. If at anytime you feel you need a question answered or any help afterwards, I will be happy to help at no additional charge.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First I do a thorough assessment on a client and a 3 day food diary to get a feel for what we need to work on to reach your goals. I always include the client in the entire decision making and goal setting process.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a BS in Nutritional Sciences from Pennsylvania State University, completed a year long dietetic internship in a hospital, and obtained my MA degree in Gerontology from Nova Southeastern University. I am also Board Certified in Gerontological Nutrition from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. I am also licensed in Pennsylvania.
