Introduction: Honesty, reliability and integrity are keys to a great business and we are bringing these attributes back to the swimming pool service and repair industry. Our “keep it real” approach that we use to run our business is simple... SHOW UP ON TIME (call or text if running late or have to cancel/ reschedule), assess the issue, recommend repairs, give estimate to customer, get the job done correctly the first time. If it’s broken, fix it, if it’s not broken, don’t fix it! If it will need to be fixed, mention / recommend it. Communication is KEY for customer satisfaction from the very start. Our customers become part of the CVP FAMILY and we very seldom lose customers unless they sell their houses and move to a house that has no pool.

Awesome service, was a given a quote same day. Next day came to do service, following day clean pool. I don't know how they did it but definitely worked. They will continue to do my weekly maintenance going forward !

Gary was quick to respond.Very knowledgable and accomodating. Got a great deal and set up weekly maintenance. Gary really goes out of way to make sure his customers are satisfied.

Hot Tub and Spa Repair

Scott was extremely professional. He inspected, found, and repaired the leak that we were looking for in our hot tub. In the process, he found other leaks that could have caused major problems for us in the future. He also repaired these. All of his work was done in a timely professional manner. We are trying to sell our hot tub. So, as an added bonus (free of charge) he was kind enough to take the time to write a letter determining a private resale value for us. This was greatly appreciated as it will help tremendously with the sale of the tub. Highly recommended!

Can’t speak to the work quality, the work is scheduled to be done later this month. However, I can say that so far my impression has been positive. 5 stars for responsiveness, professionalism, punctuality and value.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Prices depend on situation. Some services such as cleanings, openings, closings that are packages will be a fixed price. Other situations such as plumbing, diagnosing issues, installing parts and so on, are an hourly charge.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I give estimates on all work before giving any prices. One of my questions (especially on larger money jobs) is always " what is a comfortable budget that you need to stay within?" This practice has allowed me to maintain and VERY close, honest, quality relationship with all my customers.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    My education and training has come largely from being in the industry for over 20 years and watching, listening and doing everything I was able to. I have worked with and for some of the best in the business and have learned everything I know from them. Having learned from old school and new school thought processes, it has given me a unique ability to figure most problems out fairly quickly.
