- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, at CUSO/PSECU, I studied for the insurance and securities licensing, and I also have pending paperwork for my notary public certification. I am also Microsoft certified.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I sort of inherited the work I do. At age 9, I started helping my dads company with the bookkeeping, and it's just become second nature to me now.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I only sometimes wish that people knew not to shoot the messenger.. But I do understand that it's just that I happen to be the one giving them some information they are unhappy with. I always chose to "kill Em with kindness",
