I throughly enjoyed the Yin Yoga class. The class started on time and was very calm with beautiful background music. The poses really stretched my muscles and I felt revitalized when the class was over. I would highly recommend this class.

Rachel is a very personable and professional instructor and has great knowledge of yoga and the human body to get the most out of a yoga session. My wife previously complained of back pain and after 3 or 4 sessions she said her pain had gone away and was feeling great. We will continue to work with Rachel.

There are so many yoga teachers making their living out there doing what they love to do. Most stand out, some others might not. The thing about Embrace that I love is, it's a unique way to approach yoga. Thinking that yoga is only for small, flexible women is not uncommon and it's hard to break up that misconception. There aren't many yoga programs out there that are specifically tailored to women or men with larger figures. This is my way of showing you that it's absolutely possible and something everyone should be doing regardless. It's time to stop with the labeling, stop with the shaming and really look deep. Become introspective, find out what is plaguing you and fight it once and for all!

My classes are carefree and fun but can be a challenge if you're willing.

        About

I offer the following programs: * Classic Series Intro [1A 1B 1C 1D] [2A 2B 2C 2D] [3A 3B 3C 3D] Yoga with Perumal introduces “Classic Series 1-3”, containing within them 4 lessons listed as A, B, C, and D. The step-by-step development from 1A to 3D is a progression that is leading from the least challenging to the most dynamic postures such as head standing. The classic series ranging from 25 minutes at 1A to 1.5 hours with 3D does not break any continuity from one lesson to the next. * Short Series Intro (Pranayama, Preparatory, Salutation, Strength, and Stretch) You may choose to work with the short series if you have only 5-25 minutes of practice time. It is best to start at level 1 of each short series lesson before going to the higher levels. The manuals which accompany the classic or short series are updated from time to time and will provide additional information on the video lessons. Endeavor to practice at the same time and place.
