I'm a healthy, active 50+ year old male that has been into physical fitness/nutrition for most of my adult life. Over the last few years I had been thinking of hiring a personal trainer, to up my fitness game. I had spoken to a few but didn't hire anyone because the chemistry seemed off. Recently, I discovered Performance Fitness Training, went in for a consultation and liked their ideology. They were thorough in the questions they asked in order to understand my goals and were straight forward with the knowledge/help they would provide and the discipline/responsibility I would need to have in order to reach those goals (i.e. no outlandish promises). I've had a few workouts with a very knowledgeable PFT personal trainer named "Kyle." This young man is very knowledgeable, motivating and easy to talk with. I have learned something new each workout and leave looking forward to the next one. PFT is exactly what I've been looking for, and as of this writing, I am very pleased and excited about finding them.
I have been working out with Kirk for more than 12 years. I'm 70, and still capable of doing challenging hikes, thanks to Kirk. I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone who wants to get in shape, or maintain the shape they're in as they age. In addition, Kirk is one of the nicest people I know, and always ready to help me even outside of our training sessions.
Have been working out with Kara for two weeks now. I am not a self motivator and Kara helps me stay motivated. Also, I have several health issues that have to be paid attention to while working out and Kara is very attentive to that and makes sure the workout stays within the limits of those issues while still managing to push me and my body to be our best and get the most from each and every workout. Kara not only works with you for training but also helps you understand your nutrition and follows up with her suggestions to see if they were helpful. One other thing I was impressed with is after each workout, while I am finishing stretching and getting my things together to leave, Kara cleans all the equipment and wipes the floor mats down too. SO happy that I am not sharing dirt and sweat with other clients. Her workout room is clean. That is a big plus.
Karen is an expert at aligning personal training needs for each client based upon where they are now and where they would like to go. Karen is fantastic to work with and has become a valuable part of my self-care plan.
I've been training with Kelly at Central Penn Health for over 20 years. She's the most dedicated, inspiring and FUN coach to work with. She's been with me thru wellness and also thru recovery from various surgeries. I have absolute faith and trust in her and I know I am at my best self because of her.
I began working out with Carrie A Groff over 6 months ago. We began with warmups, weight training, stationary lunges, ab crunches, and cool down stretches. What impressed me about Carrie is that she did a complete health assessment prior to creating my work-out & created exercises that would not affect my RA inflammation. We now do walking work-outs stopping at benches along the way not to rest but to do squats, push-ups and leg lifts. If you want a Personal Trainer who really cares about you and your health then Carrie is the one!
Chad is awesome!!! He's very professional and personalable. I trained with Chad before and he know excatyly what to do to push you to your limits. He motivates you to be be the best you can be, as long as your "best" is better than your last attempt:) I encourage anyone looking for a training to utilize Chad to help achieve their personal fitness goal.
I love it here. When I first started a little over a year ago I knew nothing about lifting. Bob took his time in teaching me the proper foundation so I felt safe while lifting. He also made it fun an exciting. Each day was different! I really liked how he is organized and writes the workout down to better track my progress. He is very personable and really make a lifting fun!! I wouldn't go to any other gym. I highly recommend home team!!

Bri was trained in Dance and Modeling at REJOICE! Performing Arts (RPA) and Cosmetology at Paul Mitchel the School in Fayetteville NC. As a RA Alumni, she was hired to teach Dance (Ballet, Tap, and Jazz) and Modeling. The students loved her and excelled in their truaning under her instruction. They especially loved the innovative way that she integrated physical fitness and love for self and others into every class and took the initiative to add a Physical Fitness class to the RPA curriculum and indepently. She was also a Runway and Print Modeling Instructor and incorpprated skin care and nutrition into the program as a Mary Kay Consultant and Licensed Paul Mitchel Cosmetologist. She was the Make-Up Artist and Hair Stylist for Regional RPA Runway Model & Talent Shows. The Models and audience commended her on a "job very well done." She also assisted with the adult Models and trained the younger ones for Regional Runway Fashion Shows. I recommend Bri-Nicole without reservation for fitness and/or Hair Stylist for Special occasions. You will not be disappointed!
I loved working out with Rich. He always pushed me harder to workout. He also always mixed up his workout routines.He was always very dependable and there early to start working out on time.Rich always gave a good workout and I was never disappointed. I actually followed Rich when he moved to different jobs. His last move was to far and I could not commute. I was sorry to see him leave our area!!!
