I will not recommend Sean Hughes for any cleaning services. His company was hired to clean my daughter's empty townhouse in Lancaster after they moved out. First he arrived over an hour late and was by himself in a small car. We emailed back and forth and talked on the phone a few times. I also gave him a copy of the checklists in which the property management would be grading by. I explained to him numerous times that we needed a thorough cleaning floor to ceiling and carpets shampooed. They were hoping to receive their security deposit back but we made the mistake of relying on this person to do the job that he quoted. After about 3 hours I received a call that he was almost complete. When we returned for inspection I honestly could not tell what he had cleaned other than removing a few items for trash. The place smelled like cleaning products but that was the extent. He kept stating that property management would take care of the floors, walls and ceiling and we must have had miscommunication.
This man is a fraud.
