- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't believe in giving customers "standard" service so my pricing is not standard. Every service I offer can be customized to fit within the budget that my customer needs. I believe in fair business dealings and that my customers are more important than a high profit margin. If you desire a great experience, than I desire you...let's work!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen first. I want to get to know what the customer needs, from then I can provide my input and ideas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always reading magazines, searching the web, browsing professional organizations tips of the trade and talking with friends and mentors in the industry. When I can I attend classes as well.
