Introduction: In addition to being both a savory and pastry chef. I am a certified bartender and barista. I have many years of experience as a server and hostess. I have hosted, bartended, cooked and baked for many private and public events with a wide range of chefs, including a Food Network Chopped Champion, James Beard Award winner and Cake Boss himself. My belief is that it's not all about the food, it's about the way you can make someone feel better. I believe in providing the best customer service. It doesn't matter how good a meal looks or tastes, if the customer isn't treated with the utmost care and respect nothing else matters. I truly believe in this saying: "Your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, how you leave others feeling after having an experience with you becomes your trademark." It's not job, it's all around fun. They say do what you love and you will never have to work a day in your life...and I'm all about proving this theory right! I love to interact with people and if by providing a fork full of heaven to my customers I can make their lives a bit brighter, then I can leave them knowing something I created made them feel amazing and that in turn makes me feel complete.

Ms Aboaba has been a pleasure to work with as she is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and dedicated to any project she is responsible for. She is passionate about her craft and is an expert at but not limited to menu and event planning and designing/baking pastries for all occasions. She also has the ability to remain calm despite the many changes that may her way which contributes to a exceptional customer service experience. Also, Ms Aboada is a creative visionary. If there is an idea that has not been flushed out and it is presented to her she has the ability to take any idea that is in its infancy stage and make it come to life. I would recommend her to anyone to make their event and/or culinary experience extraordinary.

I hired JADA's Delights to make a custom specialty cake for my son's first birthday party on 11/22/15. The owner, Jolaade, delivered as promised. I sent over a picture of the cake I wanted for my son's Mickey Mouse themed party. The cake was an exact replica of the picture I provided. The cake was amazing with vibrant colors and was very detailed and well prepared. In addition to the appearance of the cake, the taste was excellent! The top layer was a chocolate cake with chocolate fudge and the bottom layer was vanilla cake with cookies and cream filling!! Everyone enjoyed the cake! Throughout the process Jolaade was very professional to work with and ensured that my needs and expectations were met. Additionally, she ensured to reach out a week before the event to re-confirm my expectations for the cake and the delivery options. Thank you for being apart of my son's first birthday party and making such an incredible cake!!

Recently I hosted an event and opted to have delicious treats provided by Jada's Delights. From initial contact until services rendered Jada's Delights tools me step by step to help me select tastey treats for my guest to enjoy. On the day of service they arrived promptly and set up an excellent display of varies sweet treats for guest to enjoy. Everyone fell in love with the desserts and want to order for their own events.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't believe in giving customers "standard" service so my pricing is not standard. Every service I offer can be customized to fit within the budget that my customer needs. I believe in fair business dealings and that my customers are more important than a high profit margin. If you desire a great experience, than I desire you...let's work!!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen first. I want to get to know what the customer needs, from then I can provide my input and ideas.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always reading magazines, searching the web, browsing professional organizations tips of the trade and talking with friends and mentors in the industry. When I can I attend classes as well.
