- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have package pricing for wedding and corporate/private events based on the how much assistance you need to make your big day come to life. We also offer an hourly rate, which helps you manage your budget more carefully.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our clients are offered a complimentary consultation to meet and discuss the scale and scope of their event. A retainer is required to save your date, which can be applied to the value of the overall event. A proposal is then drafted and fine-tuned until you are satisfied our services meet all of your needs and fits your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mx2 Event Design is continually enrolling in trending Event and Design workshops & courses to provide cutting-edge Events to all our clients. Owner David Cole Snook is a Registered Wedding Planner with The Association of Bridal Consultants. His formal training in Theater Arts/Design is the basis of his wedding and event expertise.
