She is a Good and Patient teacher. My son is very happy with his lessons. The Lessons are not long and allows the student to take information home and practice. Her schedule is adjustable for a parent that works 3rd shift.
Sarah's voice lessons are professional, fun, and encouraging. My daughter loves working with her and has very quickly learned how to better articulate while singing and is learning how to properly use her diaphragm and project her voice. Sarah's voice lessons have also been a perfect accompaniment to my daughter's speech therapy...and she enjoys the fun songs and encouraging words.
I have worked with Ronald since 2001 through 2012 as a colleague teaching at Carroll County School for the performance Arts. His talent and skill as a Music Director / Instructor complimented those of myself as Theatre Director/ instructor and the dance instructors. Our collaborations on Musical productions proved that his ability to work with a multitude of personalities and "characters" is one of his strongest attributes. I have also taken voice lessons from him. I find his professionalism and ability to relate well to both adult and young students to be remarkable. His approach to voice with me allowed me to expand my range in style and genre of the music that I could sing, something that my voice training previously had not accomplished. I am a much improved and stronger singer then I had been by studying and working with him.My ability to now read music beyond sight reading is accredited to his patience and understanding of how to reach each students learning style. Singing under his direction with Voices Community Choral Ensemble for several years and with St. Paul's U.C.C. Church choir, I have gained the skill of choral singing and vocal blending, yet another insight to voice never taught to me by previous vocal teachers. Ronald teaches the "whole" of voice and directs his students how to put it together and use it to the best of their individual ability, permitting the student to expand their talent many folds. As Ronald, I and others continue to work on teaching and directing students and productions together, I look forward to see what new lessons and knowledge he will graciously share with us.
The kids love the lessons with her. She is wonderful and the kids easily understand everything she thought .Thumbs up !!!
My daughter just started taking piano lessons with them and so far we are pleased.
I'm a classically trained singer who has sung professionally and am taking voice lessons again after multiple abdominal surgeries. Leah is helping me get my support back on track and refining techniques.
My daughter loves going to Sara for piano lessons. Sara makes the lessons fun and encourages creativity which really helps to keep my daughter engaged. Sara's years of teaching experience are evident in every way: her professionalism, passion for music, teaching techniques, and in her ability to provide differentiated instruction. I highly recommend Sara without reservation!
I've been singing since I was a child but never had formal lessons. I was nervous to start but Allison is very personable and welcoming. She took the time to understand my musical background and my personal goals. Allison is so knowledgeable about vocals and focuses on the little details to not only improve ones range and quality of sound but to also save the vocal chords from injury. Each lesson is individualized to give me the specific tools I need to improve. I have only been taking lessons for a few months and I already notice a huge difference in the way my voice has developed.
As an older student who has been playing for thirty-plus years with very little professional instruction, I had concerns about not being able to find a guitar teacher who would be able to break me of my worn-in bad habits. It has been very easy communicating my interests and concerns with Kevin, and his wealth of knowledge of music is very apparent. His approach to teaching is very casual but still maintains direction. My instruction so far has included in-depth scale exercises across the fretboard, music theory & chord construction, popular and classic chord progressions in several genres, exercises in well-known guitar method texts, and just learning how to play a favorite old song. I am always looking forward to my weekly lesson, as does my ten-year-old daughter who has just begun her lessons with Kevin.
Ms. Marsha is a great instructor. She is knowledgeable, patient and her teaching method produces results. I highly recommend her!
Laurie did a fantastic job of breaking me out of my shell and giving me the basic tools/knowledge for singing. I was afraid of singing at all for years but I knew it was something I wanted to do. She did a fantastic job of coaching me on the basics and giving me the confidence to begin singing. Shes very willing to work with me on my original songs and was flexible with my job schedule. You can't beat the value of the lessons either. Most singing coaches charge much higher for the same amount of time. Great Value, Very Informative, and Most Importantly alot of Fun.
My daughter has been taking voice lessons from Molly for about a year now. In that year her singing has gone from good to outstanding! Molly even invited my daughter to bring her friends she was performing with along to her lesson so she could help all of them sing better together. My daughter is 14. She says "Miss Molly is very funny and down to earth." Voice lessons have become one of my daughter's favorite activities of the week.

I have loved to sing since, well, as long as I can remember. I sang in school, church, and in front of anyone who would listen. I learned to play the piano in elementary school. I learned guitar and started writing earth songs while my kids were growing up. I still perform around the washington area. Teaching children and any age person who wants to share some time with me is a thrill. ..it never gets old only better. I am still learning.
