It was a pleasure working with Kara! Kara photographed our wedding last May. The photographs she took were absolutely beautiful - not staged or cliche. She truly captured the love and excitement we felt that day. Her patience, professionalism, and skill all show in the beautiful photographs she took. She quickly had our photographs edited and returned to us, and I'll treasure the work she did forever. In addition to producing a perfect product, Kara felt like she was a part of our family. She is warm and caring and wonderful company to have on your special day. I highly recommend hiring Kara as your photographer, and I certainly plan on using her services again!!!

Kara produced my last two sets of professional headshots. The process was so comfortable, unlike at traditional studios. We were in a lovely space, chatting away, and I didn't feel self conscious at all in front of her camera. I received the digital shots quickly, within days, and they are gorgeous! Of course, I have my favorite, but any one of them are better than all of my previous career headshots combined. I'd better get a good skin care regimen, because I want to live up to these beautiful shots, which I'll be using for decades. She was patient enough to collaborate with me on my favorite shot, which brought in a beautiful color backdrop, which is important to me as a designer. My shots are completely professional, but like no one else's I've ever seen. Exactly what I wanted. Thank you, Kara!

I cannot begin to express how much we love working with Kara! We have had the pleasure of working with her for over 3 years now and have never been disappointed with the results. The DIY Photo Club allows us to take the pictures with the guidance of a professional. Our children are used to me taking pictures all the time so we never have that awkward smile they often given professional photographers. When our latest addition arrived, Kara photographed us an official family of 5 at an outdoor location. She was amazing and always manages to capture the unique personalities of each child on film. Our son (6) and daughter (3) are always excited when we tell them it is time to get pictures done because they know that Kara will have something fun waiting for them. She will go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy with your experience. If you can imagine it, Kara will help you make it a reality. We recommended Kara to friends and family with confidence in the past and everyone has been as pleased as we are.

Kara was beyond wonderful! We planned our wedding in 5 weeks from start to finish. Kara was so great helping us get the most wonderful pictures. She was very professional and in tuned to our vision of what we wanted our pictures to look like on our special day. I couldn't have asked for more wonderful pictures or a more wonderful photogragher to work with!

Kara took company photos for two organizations within in the same day; she was meticulous, fun, and everyone loved their photos. Handling 20 individuals and some large group shots, she had her work cut out for her. Everything turned out better than I could have imagined!
