Introduction: I bring to the table 40 years of experience in the field of health and wellness. My Personal Chef Service is just that - personal. I get to know each client and cook specifically for them, creating meals to their tastes and liking, using organic ingredients, locally sourced whenever available. Regardless of the type of diet someone follows, be it paleo, vegetarian or vegan, I prepare delicious meals for them. Some of my clients have food allergies or health concerns - not a problem. I'm an expert in cooking for those on restricted diets along with cooking for those who have no restrictions at all. For those who want to learn how to cook for themselves I offer private and group cooking classes. Providing a service that helps people regain or maintain their heath is a joy to me. I love the variety of foods I prepare. I have paleo clients, macrobiotic clients, vegetarian clients and clients on specific, very restricted diets due to heal concerns.

I attend seminars and constantly read the latest in the fields of nutrition along with information regarding food sensitivities and specific diets.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After discovering how important a healthy diet is at a young age I was inspired to teach and provide healthy food for others. I just love my work!
What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients range from busy singles, couples and families to families where one person has a health concern or food sensitivity. It is often a stress on a family to have to cook separate meals for one person who needs to eat differently. My service relieves that stress - deliciously ;-)
