My 5 year old and I are taking piano lessons with Becca and she is fantastic!! I just love how knowledgeable she is and how she teaches. I would highly recommend her!!
It's only been a few visits with Steffan but my son and I are very pleased. He is very professional yet animated and so very friendly. I would recommend him to anyone looking for voice lessons. His prices are great too.
What amazes me about Joe is his in-depth knowledge of music. After getting to know him you realize how hes nurtured this knowledge. Hes been learning and teaching music his entire life both at the collegiate level and at the personal level. The best treat is then to see him exhibit these years of training when he plays live. His expertise crosses many genres although I enjoy his jazz music the most. Treat yourself and see him play live throughout the Lehigh Valley.
Before working with Toni Marie, I was struggling with performance anxiety and felt insecure about my vocal abilities. Toni Marie knew exactly how to instruct using the perfect blend of traditional vocal pedagogy and mindfulness techniques to help me overcome my fears and perform at my best. After, I was able to perform on stage again with confidence for the first time in years! Now, whether I am on stage singing or just giving a presentation, I am able to use the techniques that I learned with Toni Marie to make a lasting positive impact on my audience!
My daughters (6 and 10 at the time) took violin and piano lessons with Christipher and they both looked forward to their lessons every week. Christopher was patient and playful while still managing to keep the girls focused on their music. I highly recommend him as a teacher!
I am a musician who is constantly giging. I front 2 bands my original band and a cover band which plays weddings and corporate functions. I have a broad range influences which allow me to adapt to any musical style.
Why my work stands out from others would be because I am very patient. living with a learning disabilities I have learned to view music education from many different angles. That can be helpful when showing concepts and making it easier for the student to understand. I'm also a karaoke host in the evenings. So I use my karaoke tracks for students to sing against. that way I can concentrate on your singing technique and not playing songs on my guitar/ piano. As far as guitar/ piano goes, being a DJ helps me understand the broad spectrum of music to help craft is students style.
I took lessons from Jake for several years and I absolutely loved it! He taught me such practical things and offered great advice.
Very good. Flexible with scheduling. Knows his stuff. You should choose him over anyone else.
I have more patience due to experience and training with the elderly
We have the best music instructors and vocal coaches in the Lehigh Valley area. We can schedule families or more students at the same time with other teachers.
I teach music lessons as well as the piano, voice, brass (trumpet, French horn, and trombone) and music theory. I specialize in helping students audition to performing arts schools and colleges. I also tutor math and science courses. I had a 4.0 in all of my science subjects. I had a perfect score on the math praxis. I specialize in helping college students pass those praxis tests, so that they can become certified teachers! My fiance and I also own a recording studio, and we help with the recording process and even the songwriting process. We specialize in singer/songwriter and audition recordings. We will also be expanding to bands in the future. My prices are some of the most reasonable in the Lehigh Valley, so do not hesitate to contact me!
As a professional, I've played over 2,500 gigs in every possible situation. For the most part, my success has come while in three bands and although I have moved around a bit, these three bands were all based out of the Scranton/Wilkes Barre area. Dick Fawcett gained national interest by selling almost 2,000 CDs within a year of the release. The Pontiac Grille and The Grape St. Pub in Philadelphia along with The Bitter End and Webster Hall in New York City were mainstays for this band. I went on to The Collective. In less than a year, this hip-hop band went from backroom practices to consistent national openers. The Wailers, The Roots, Busta Rhymes, and Ja Rule are just some of the sold out shows we played at venues like The Montage Mountain Amphitheater and The Kirby Center. At our peak, we drew more than 1,100 fans. During this time, I also released The Dharma Bums, a collection of my songs with 15 of the best musicians in the area. That led me to The Five Percent. With the release of our fourth CD, we surpassed 10,000 units sold. A dream come true, we toured the entire country. Highlights include working with a Grammy nominated producer and recording and consistently sharing the stage with Pete Francis from Dispatch. Currently, I share the stage with Leighann Molinaro in LMN Duo. I also give private lessons. I'm teaching guitar, bass, ukulele, banjo, mandolin, and piano. I currently have students of all abilities and ages. I have been teaching for over 15 years, and I have had several students become college graduates and working professionals. I'm also putting the finishing touches on my own guitar method book. I have played in front of 10,000 people, inmates at a jail, record executives, kids at a prom, live TV cameras, and five people in Boise, Idaho. I have approached and still approach every gig with a grateful passion better described in several of the 250 songs I have written. Come out to a gig, and I'll play one for you.
Welcome! I have taught college level music courses and lessons as well as community member students ranging from 5 to the elderly. Students have wanted to take voice lessons for numerous different reasons (church choirs, high school auditions, competitions, beginning theory, community members and college music majors). The main goal is to instill healthy singing in a positive environment. Let's schedule a first lesson.
I teach with 35 years of experience from piano, keyboards, voice, solo stage and band experience in my home. Using keyboards through a small PA system which my students also learn to make the lesson more interesting and educational. Ages 8 and up.
