Introduction: I am an industry multi-certified, qualified computer and network technician and have personally served over 2000 customers since January of 2002; offering expert virus removal, hardware/software diagnostics, home and business networks, data recovery, RAID conversions, elite-class high-powered custom desktops with up to five-year parts and labor warranties.
I do it all for less than half typical repair shop rates. I never take shortcuts and I do the work as you would want it done if you were doing it yourself.
I service all PC/laptop makes and models. Pickup, delivery and on-site setup services are also available. I also accept Visa/MC/DIscover/Amex/Debit Cards.

My total experience with Eric was great. After having too many "clueless fingers" in my systems, I contact Eric. He responded within a couple of hours from my call. I had signal issues with my wireless router and our desktop and Ipad just did not get any signal strength from our existing router. Eric took the time to trouble shoot our entire system(s) and found that current router was much too weak to transmit through three stories of my home, hence the desk top in the basement office suffered. He had a replacement router with him, he configured it, and properly set up all our computers. He also found that one of my past repair persons had installed the capability to log into our system unannounced, a very troubling find. He cut that connection. His price was right, and he did not over charge me for the new router. He was professional, savvy and very gracious. We will use his services again for sure.

Great job, he was able to determine the problem by my description and his estimate, time frame and repairs were dead on! I'm very happy with his work he also was able to meet me half way to make the repairs to my laptop!
