Elated totally!! I'm able to complete my schoolwork and not be behind which I thought would be the case due to my 3 yr old son spilling milk on my laptop....Fred asked for the specs of the laptop, gave a quote, ETA on repair and return date....on time without any snags....5 stars, 2 thumbs up....FMC Networking will be my first line of defense should I have any other computer issues.... :0)Mar 27, 2015VerifiedFMC Networking's reply
Thank you for the kind words. It was a pleasure doing business with you, and we're more than happy to be here should you need us in the future!
Fred is an excellent resource with a depth of expertise in his field. I've come to rely upon his support and timely service. Further, Fred is an excellent leader who communicates extremely well the time and price of any project he quotes, and he sticks to it. In my opinion, anyone who hires FMC for an IT job is in for an experience in excellence. Noel Wolfe, Vice President/Financial Advisor, Morgan Stanley Smith BarneyJan 9, 2015

Thanks, Jim. I really appreciate it, and do not take it for granted.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always enjoyed helping people and solving problems. In the IT field, I found I was aptly situated to do both.
- What types of customers have you worked with? The most common services provided to our customers is resolving issues with slow laptops/desktops due to old hardware and/or malware infections. In addition to this, we often field requests for new computer setups, printer installations, and network upgrades. This wide variety of work enables us to stay abreast of the latest technologies.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? Before hiring any IT professional, check their references. Ask them for names and phone numbers of people for whom the professional has done work. Do not trust your valuable computer equipment and data to someone prior to ensuring they are of good reputation and integrity.
