This was my first time working with Marvin Smith.I found his information on-line after my trusted tax accountant of 20+ years retired. Marvin was very professional, knowledgeable, timely and responsive. He followed through as promised and stuck to deadlines. He was easily accessible, answering my calls mostly but also returning my calls within the day if I had to leave a message. He was very patient and listened and thoroughly answered my questions. He was great about providing direction and recommendations for making tax preparation and planning less stressful. I will continue to utilize his services and I do recommend him.

Marvin Smith was hired 10/15/14 to prepare my 2013 personal income tax. I filed for an extension back in 04/2014, was granted 6 months and it was now due (10/15/14). Mr Smith was punctual, profession, very knowledgeable and informative. I received a binder, professionally put together with copies of all documents. I gave 4 Stars and not 5 because he did not E-file the taxes as promised. They had to be mailed to the IRS.
